If the queue is busy, your download will wait; the status will show "Waiting in queue..." until a worker picks it up. Transcripts and summaries are not queued and run immediately.

No. Files are deleted from the server immediately after being delivered to your browser (delete-on-delivery). Requesting the same download link a second time will return a 410 Gone error. Make sure to save the file after downloading.
